Welcome to ‘Playing Bot,’ owned and operated by Playing Bot Technologies Inc. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ‘Playing Bot’ app and any related services provided through the app.
By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the app.

Uploading or transmitting any malicious code or harmful content. d. Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the app’s infrastructure.

4.1. The app and its services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Playing Bot Technologies Inc. makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the app’s operation or content.
4.2. Playing Bot Technologies Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. In no event shall Playing Bot Technologies Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or its services.
5.2. Playing Bot Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.
6. Modification and Termination

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Canada.
